However juice is pure fructose and is just not metabolised very well by our body. If often consumed can lead to Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, which is excess build up of fat in your liver, severely reducing functionality.

Eating your fruit is far better, as there is fibre in whole fruit, which helps metabolise the fructose into glucose, so the body can use it better.

Adding some small portions of fruits to a protein rich, nutrient dense nutrition can and will be beneficial depending on your goals 💪🏼
