In a hot oven (around 180degress celsius) bake the camembert for approx 30 minutes or until soft in the middle, beforehand score the top and drizzle over a little raw honey.

Chop some mushrooms and garlic ready to fry in the meat juices. (Option to fry eggs instead).

Get the griddle pan hot with a little butter, bacon grease or pork fat before placing in your steaks, then cook, turning over to get both sides, for 4-7 minutes depending on preference.

Set aside the steak to rest on a hot plate, cover with foil while you sautĆØe the mushrooms and garlic in the meat juices (or fry a couple of eggs).
