Super meaty and tasty pizza šŸ• šŸ˜‹Ā 

Lined a large baking or pizza tray with baking paper and thinly spread 500g of sausage meat onto it. Be sure to use a high quality & high % meat sausage meat without gluten or added nasties. Check the packaging for ingredients or ask your butcher šŸ‘€

Pop the meat into a hot oven of 200 degrees for 10-15mins until almost cooked.

For the sauce mix water and tomato pureĆØ to make a paste, add in garlic powder and Italian herbs for seasoning. Pop this tomato sauce onto the sausage meat base when ready.

Grate your cheese of choice, (mozzarella works very well, but chedder is fine), on to the top of the sauce with any extras you like.

I've gone for pepperoni and a sprinkling on Pluck seasoning here, but feel free to go for ham, more cheese, fried onions, cooked chicken. You're choice, enjoy šŸ™Œ
