Cheesy Meatball Bake
Make your own, or find some good quality meat-balls. 24 small sized ones work well, or 12 medium sized, depends on dish size. Place them in an oven proof dish so they mostly cover the bottom.
Chop some home grown veg, we used 1 courgette, a few cherry tomatoes, a medium onion & 4 finely chopped garlic gloves. Use these to fill in any small gaps between the meat-balls
Use tomato pureè, plus cold water, a few mixed herbs & a generous amount of pink salt, mixed all together to make a sauce. Make it reasonably thick by using a plenty of pureè to water ratio. (Sauce will thin as it cooks in veg & meat juices)
Grate some parmesan cheese within the dish so it falls between the cracks. Then use a medium chedder or red leicester to cover the whole dish.
Oven bake @200⁰ for ~20-30mins.
